We're looking for a Junior Associate to join our nationally recognised Data & Digital team in Edinburgh, working closely with Helena Brown, Head of Data, and colleagues across our UK offices.
Join a market-leading Data & Digital practice with an impressive client base
Advise on a broad range of data, technology and commercial matters
Support clients on GDPR compliance, international data transfers, PECR, AI governance and cyber regulation
Work on major incident response matters and complex multi-jurisdictional projects
Draft and negotiate commercial, technology, SaaS and outsourcing agreements
Collaborate with colleagues across commercial, disputes, employment and legal tech teams
Contribute to business development, thought leadership and client initiatives
