Data Domain Product Lead
We are looking for a Data Domain Product Lead who is strategic, collaborative, and outcome-oriented to join us in our Patient Evidence team, based in Anderlecht, Belgium; or Slough, United Kingdom.
About the role
You will own and maximize the business value of a strategic data domain, ensuring its data is governed, reusable, connected, and fit for business, analytics, and artificial intelligence use cases. You will define the domain vision, priorities, roadmap, and adoption strategy with business, data, architecture, and technology partners. You will help transform fragmented information into a trusted enterprise product that supports operational excellence, decision-making, regulatory compliance, and technology-enabled outcomes. Your focus will be to connect business meaning, reusable data products, and measurable value.
Who you'll work with
You will be working in a team that connects business strategy with data delivery. You will collaborate with business process owners, domain experts, data strategy and architecture colleagues, data governance teams, digital technology teams, and enterprise architecture. Together, you will align priorities, translate business needs into scalable data capabilities, support adoption and reuse, and ensure investments deliver measurable outcomes across global business functions.
What you'll do
- Define and maintain the vision, strategy, roadmap, outcomes, and success measures for the assigned data domain.
- Prioritize capabilities and investments according to business value, risk, strategic objectives, and measurable outcomes.
- Drive adoption and reuse across functions, reducing duplication and increasing the enterprise value of domain data.
- Establish clear business ownership, accountability, and decision rights, while supporting data quality, governance, and compliant use.
- Align domain concepts with enterprise standards and promote consistent business meaning across teams, processes, and use cases.
- Build alignment across business, technology, analytics, and data teams, facilitating prioritization decisions and communicating progress to leaders.
- Identify analytics and artificial intelligence opportunities and ensure data products are discoverable, accessible, reusable, and ready for advanced use.
- Track adoption, value realization, data quality, accessibility, and business impact to guide continuous improvement.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
