The Data Encoder
The Data Encoder is responsible for accurately encoding, updating, and maintaining company records and databases to ensure data integrity and accessibility. The role involves handling large volumes of information with high attention to detail, supporting various departments with data entry needs, and ensuring that all encoded information is complete, accurate, and up to date. The position also requires adherence to data confidentiality and company standards in information management.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately encode and update data into company databases and spreadsheets in a timely manner
- Verify and review data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency before final submission or storage
- Maintain and organize digital records, files, and documentation for easy retrieval and reference
- Assist in generating reports, summaries, and data outputs
- Perform regular data cleaning, validation, and correction of inconsistencies or errors
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive company and client information
- Follow company guidelines, formatting standards, and data entry procedures at all times

Qualifications
- At least College level
- Proficient and knowledgeable in MS Excel especially in PIVOT and VLOOKUP functions
- Keen attention to detail and able to handle deadlines
