Senior Data Engineer | Databricks | £72,000 + Bonus
Maidenhead | Hybrid, 3 days per week
I'm working with a global organisation that is investing in its internal data capability and looking for a Senior Data Engineer to help design and build the data foundations supporting customer and commercial decision making across its European business.
This is a genuinely hands on engineering opportunity.
You'll work across a complex data environment, designing scalable solutions within Databricks and building pipelines that bring together data from multiple business systems.

- Delta Lake
- Medallion architecture
- Data modelling
- Batch data pipelines
- Data warehouse design
- Performance and storage optimisation
- Building Bronze, Silver and Gold data layers

Experience with areas such as Unity Catalog, Azure Data Factory, streaming, APIs, Salesforce, customer data or marketing data would be particularly useful.
The important part is that you've personally designed and built data solutions and can confidently explain the technical decisions behind them.

- £69,000 to £72,000 basic salary
- 10% bonus
