Help Build a Modern Data Platform from the Ground Up

We're partnering with an innovative technology organisation embarking on an exciting greenfield programme and are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to play a key role in designing and delivering a scalable, cloud-based data platform.

This is an opportunity to work on a project from day one, helping shape the data architecture, engineering standards, and technical direction. If you enjoy solving complex data challenges, building robust pipelines, and creating platforms that enable better business decisions, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Data Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and optimising data solutions that support a modern cloud platform. Working closely with software engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders, you'll develop efficient data pipelines and ensure high-quality, accessible data across the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
