Data Engineer
Location: London
Salary: Up to £75,000 – £80,000
Hybrid: Tue–Thu in-office, 9am–6pm
La Fosse are delighted to be partnering with a global independent brand and design agency, home to around 350 people across 8 studios worldwide (roughly 160–165 in London), in their search for a Data Engineer to join a brand-new data function - a genuine ground-floor opportunity to help shape how the business builds and uses data from day one.
About the Role
As Data Engineer, you'll be the builder behind the agency's data platform - designing and maintaining the pipelines, integrations and data models that turn information from core systems (NetSuite, SugarCRM, BambooHR, Microsoft 365) into a reliable foundation for reporting, analytics and AI.
You'll work closely with a Business Analyst and receive technical support from the person who helped define the data structure, while partnering with IT, Finance and Operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building and solving integration problems, but who can also communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into practical solutions.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
