About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team at DWP Digital. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex digital architectures that support our strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure that technical solutions align with business needs and adhere to best practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in digital architecture design and implementation, preferably within a government or large enterprise environment. Essential qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent. Experience with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and efficient digital architectures that meet organizational requirements and support business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to ensure optimal system performance.
- Maintain documentation of architecture designs, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and standards.
- Conduct architecture reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in digital architecture to continually enhance organizational capabilities.
