Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Data Engineer with strong experience in SAP DS Data Services ETL, Oracle SQL and Informatica IDMC. The role will focus on developing and supporting ETL solutions, working with Business Objects reports and applying strong analytical and communication skills when engaging with various stakeholders.

What you will do:

  • Develop SAP DS Data Services ETL solutions using Oracle SQL and Informatica IDMC.
  • Write and optimise complex Oracle SQL queries to support data engineering and ETL requirements.
  • Develop and maintain BI solutions using SAP BODS Data Services ETL.
  • Support and work with Business Objects reports and associated data requirements.
  • Apply Informatica IDMC to develop and support data integration and ETL solutions.
  • Analyse data and technical requirements to identify appropriate solutions and improvements.
  • Articulate technical information clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively across technical and business stakeholders through strong verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate very strong experience developing SAP DS Data Services ETL solutions.
  • Possess advanced Oracle SQL skills, with significant experience writing complex queries.
  • Bring strong experience with Informatica IDMC and data integration solutions.
  • Show experience with SAP BODS Data Services ETL and Business Objects reports.
  • Apply strong analytical skills when assessing data and technical requirements.
  • Communicate complex information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meet the eligibility requirements for BPSS clearance.
  • Accept PAYE employment through an Umbrella company.
