About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our dynamic team as a Digital Transformation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading digital initiatives, managing project lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital technology, project management, and stakeholder engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects that directly benefit the public sector and contribute to the modernization of government services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in digital transformation, project management, or a similar role within a government or large organization.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading digital transformation initiatives from conception through to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and user needs.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of digital solutions.
- Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
- Monitoring and evaluating project performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Promoting best practices in digital innovation, change management, and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with government policies, standards, and security protocols.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to team members and supporting professional development initiatives.
