About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, engaging with clients to understand their staffing needs, and sourcing high-quality candidates to meet those requirements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for connecting people with meaningful employment opportunities. You will play a key role in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional workforce solutions and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the public sector or a similar environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is desirable
- Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Screen and interview candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate timely decision-making and offer negotiations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and organizational policies.
