About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office applications and HR management software. Candidates should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. A proactive attitude, problem-solving capabilities, and a customer-focused mindset are highly valued in this role.
Responsibilities
As an HR Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Assisting in onboarding new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and proper orientation is provided.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR databases.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives.
- Assisting with performance management processes.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Handling routine HR inquiries.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.
