A leading international organisation specialising in education, cultural relations, and global collaboration is looking for a Data Engineer.
They use data to improve digital products and services used by customers and learners worldwide. Working with product, research, marketing, and operational teams, they measure performance, analyse customer behaviour, and turn complex information into practical recommendations that improve user experience, efficiency, and commercial outcomes.
The Role
- Support the measurement, analysis, and reporting of product and service performance, developing metrics across the customer and learner journey.
- Develop reporting tools that allow teams to monitor performance independently.
- Combine quantitative and qualitative evidence to explain customer needs, product results, and improvement opportunities.
- Design and maintain performance measurement frameworks aligned with product strategy, organisational goals, and user needs.
- Define and track KPIs across acquisition, engagement, retention, satisfaction, service performance, and revenue.
- Create accessible dashboards, reports, and visualisations that support self-service and real-time monitoring.

What You'll Need
- Experience in performance analysis, data analytics, or product analytics, including digital products or services.
- Strong quantitative analysis, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics platforms.
- Experience defining KPIs and developing product or service performance metrics.
- Strong dashboard development and data visualisation experience.
- Experience using Google Analytics 4.
