Job Title: Data Implementation Specialist

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Initial 6 months contract
Location: Remote within the UK
Allocation: 3-5 days per week
Project: Customer Data
Classification: Outside IR35

Job Summary:

We are a London-based software company helping fresh food businesses improve forecasting, planning, and decision-making.

We’re looking for a Data Implementation Specialist to help onboard and support customer data within the platform.

What you’ll do:

  • Understand and investigate customer datasets from Excel, databases, APIs, and automated feeds
  • Configure ETL pipelines using our existing Pandas-based framework
  • Set up mappings, joins, filters, calculations, and master-data structures
  • Reconcile source data and investigate data-quality issues
  • Maintain existing customer integrations as their data changes
  • Work closely with our Account Managers and occasionally directly with customer IT/data teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent Pandas skills
  • Strong understanding of joins, keys, grain, duplicates, aggregations, and data reconciliation
  • Working SQL knowledge
  • Experience working with messy, real-world business data
  • Strong analytical judgement and attention to detail
  • Fluent professional English
