We're working with an innovative consulting firm that specialises in connecting top talent with leading businesses across various industries. They are renowned for their expertise in digital transformation and cloud solutions, helping clients build robust and scalable data platforms.

The Role

  • Design and build scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric
  • Develop and maintain Lakehouse solutions, SQL Endpoints, Pipelines, Dataflows, and Notebooks within Microsoft Fabric
  • Integrate data from multiple enterprise systems into a modern data platform
  • Develop robust ELT processes and reusable transformation logic using SQL, Python, M, and DAX
  • Create analytics-ready data models and semantic datasets to support Power BI reporting
  • Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, lineage, and performance

What You'll Need

  • Extensive practical experience using Microsoft Fabric in an enterprise environment (Pipelines, Lakehouses, Dataflows, Notebooks, SQL Endpoints)
  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer within a cloud-based data environment
  • Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience developing scalable data engineering solutions
  • Experience designing and building ETL/ELT pipelines and integrating data from multiple enterprise systems
  • Strong understanding of Lakehouse architecture and modern data modelling techniques
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
