🚨 Senior Data Engineer | London | Contract
I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Data Engineer to join an AI & Data team on a long-term contract, working on a major UK Public Safety data project.

- Data Engineering: designing and building scalable data pipelines
- Java: strong experience preferred
- AWS: advanced experience
- Apache Kafka
- Kubernetes
- ETL / data migration / data processing
- Big Data Engineering
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be working across multiple teams, helping design and optimise data solutions, improve pipeline performance and reliability, and contribute to key technical decisions. There’s also a strong element of technical leadership and mentoring, so this would suit someone operating at Senior / Lead level who is comfortable acting as a subject matter expert.
