Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Strong proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Solid understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assisting project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitoring project progress and preparing regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and technical drawings.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identifying potential risks or delays and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Facilitating communication between all project parties to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Participating in project meetings and providing updates on project milestones and challenges.
