About The Role
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management.
- Strong proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Assisting project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinating with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitoring project progress and preparing regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and technical drawings.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identifying potential risks or delays and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitating communication between all project parties to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Participating in project meetings and providing updates on project milestones and challenges.
