About The Role
The role at Anson Mccade offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our dynamic team. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), social media platforms, and other sourcing tools
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer-centric approach
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive experience and long-term engagement.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules, provide feedback, and facilitate communication between clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to advise clients effectively.
- Assist in negotiating job offers and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Participate in business development activities to expand the company's client base and service offerings.
