What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science and marketing professionals, to translate complex needs into tangible analytical solutions.
- Design and develop robust data models, pipelines, dashboards, and other analytic solutions to empower marketing programs and campaigns.
- Solve intricate data integration problems, utilizing optimal Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) patterns, frameworks, and query techniques, sourcing from both structured and unstructured data sources.
- Partner with engineers, data scientists, and communication professionals to deeply understand data needs, representing key data insights in a clear and meaningful way.
- Conceptualize scalable data architecture for large-scale projects, while meticulously evaluating design and operational cost-benefit tradeoffs within systems.
- Implement and maintain robust security models based on privacy requirements, confirm safeguards are diligently followed, and proactively address data quality issues.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Experience where the primary responsibility involves working extensively with data, in roles such as data analyst, data scientist, data engineer, or similar positions.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, ETL processes, data modeling, and data visualization.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience working specifically in Marketing Analytics or Marketing Technology.
- Proficiency in Python.
