About The Role

The Data Engineer Programme at Newto Training is a comprehensive, self-funded career development initiative designed to equip aspiring data professionals with the essential skills, certifications, and practical experience needed to launch a successful career in data analysis and engineering. This role is ideal for individuals with little or no prior experience who are eager to enter the data industry and build a future-proof career. Participants will undergo intensive instructor-led training, gain industry-recognized certifications, and work on real-world projects that simulate industry scenarios. Upon successful completion, participants will be supported through job placement services, with a guaranteed employment opportunity or a full refund of course fees, making this a risk-free pathway into the data sector.

Qualifications

Applicants do not require prior experience in data or technology fields. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in technology and problem-solving. Responsibilities

Participants in the Data Engineer Programme will be responsible for actively engaging in all training modules, completing practical assignments, and preparing for industry-recognized certifications. They will develop skills in key tools and technologies such as Excel, SQL, Python, and PowerBI, and learn to apply these in real-world data projects. Responsibilities include:

  • Attending live instructor-led sessions
  • Participating in group discussions
  • Completing project work that simulates professional data analysis tasks
  • Working closely with dedicated tutors for personalized guidance
  • Undertaking CV and interview preparation
  • Participating in career coaching sessions

Upon graduation, participants are expected to leverage the skills and certifications gained to secure employment within the data industry, supported by Newto Training’s employer network and recruitment partners.
