About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Hackajob Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our platform to ensure a robust, scalable, and user-friendly experience for our clients and users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our community. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with modern frameworks and libraries like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Solid understanding of database systems including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services.
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment to ensure a reliable platform.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing to foster a collaborative team environment.
