Job Title
You get to build from the ground up, with real ownership, at a global firm that puts technology at the centre of everything it does.
About the Role
This is a greenfield role. You are shaping data platforms, analytical tooling, and applied AI solutions from the start, with the agency to make meaningful decisions about how things get built.
The work sits across data engineering and applied AI, so if you find both areas interesting, this keeps you sharp across both rather than pushing you into a narrow specialism too early in your career. You will be working closely with a collaborative team alongside the Lead Data and AI Engineer.

Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining production data pipelines
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or Databricks
- Comfortable with Git, APIs, automated testing, and CI/CD

- Strong practical Python and SQL skills

About the Process
As part of the process, you’ll meet with the CTO, investment partners, and the data engineering lead, so prior financial experience is useful to hit the ground running.

The role is hybrid and based in London.
