Overview
We’re partnering with a highly technology-driven firm seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join a team working with large-scale, high-volume data. You’ll be responsible for building and improving the systems that process, transform and deliver data across a technically sophisticated environment.
This opportunity would suit Data Engineers, Python Engineers and Software Engineers with strong data exposure who enjoy working with challenging datasets, scalable infrastructure and performance-critical systems.

What you’ll do
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and processing systems using Python
- Work with high-volume datasets to support critical business and analytical applications
- Design, optimise and improve data workflows with a focus on performance and reliability
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to develop robust data-driven solutions
What we’re looking for
- Strong commercial Python experience, ideally within a data-intensive environment
- Experience working with large-scale or high-volume datasets
- Solid understanding of data processing, pipelines, databases and distributed systems
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with an interest in scalability, performance and automation
