Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of clients and roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on candidate selection.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular updates to clients and candidates, ensuring a transparent and communicative process.

- Participate in business development activities to expand the company’s client base and enhance service offerings.
