About The Role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of clients and roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic guidance on candidate selection.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and candidates, ensuring a transparent and communicative process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to advise clients on competitive compensation packages and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Participate in business development activities to expand the company’s client base and enhance service offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
