About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Talent International UK Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex IT projects from initiation through to successful delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You will act as a key point of contact between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, coordinating efforts to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall frameworks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive technological innovation and business growth.

Qualifications
- Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects, with at least 5 years of experience in project management roles.
- Relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in project management such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, leadership qualities, and a proactive approach to project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Developing detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure project success.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, including technical, business, and vendor stakeholders, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring resource allocation aligns with project needs.
- Identifying potential risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
- Providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential roadblocks.
- Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle, adhering to best practices and organizational policies.
- Facilitating change management processes and ensuring smooth transitions during project implementations.
- Promoting continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and applying them to future projects.
