About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced [Job Title] to join our team at Manpower. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition is highly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and a good understanding of employment laws and regulations will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and understand client staffing needs by engaging with clients to gather detailed job requirements and expectations.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and clients, providing timely feedback and updates.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates to foster trust and repeat business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and improve recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, employment laws, and ethical standards in all recruitment activities.
