About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Hackajob Ltd. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software development, with a solid understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java, is essential. Familiarity with web development frameworks, cloud services, and database management systems is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team are critical. Prior experience with SaaS platforms or recruitment technology is a plus. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.

Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer at Hackajob Ltd, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, developing, and deploying scalable and reliable software solutions.
  • Participating in code reviews, contributing to technical documentation, and ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborating with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement features that enhance user engagement.
