Help Shape the UK’s Energy Future

Data Engineering Coordinator Opportunity with the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), Supporting Sizewell C

As part of the CWA (Civil Works Alliance), you will support the building of Sizewell C. Sizewell C will be a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and will play a key role in our energy future, supplying reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years. This role will be within the Main Civil Works Section.

What will you do?

The CWA is recruiting directly for a Data Coordinator to provide a trusted data presence where delivery happens, working closely with project teams, suppliers and the Transverse Data & Reporting Service.

This is a practical, delivery-focused role that goes beyond producing reports. The successful candidate will help ensure project information is complete, correctly coded and accurately reflects activity taking place across the site and within supply-chain facilities. Their work will give project managers reliable information for valuation and help ensure quality records are ready for handover.

  • Checking progress, quality, manufacturing and completion information against activity taking place on site and in factories.
  • Applying naming, coding and data standards at source, correcting or rejecting information that does not meet the required standard.
  • Reviewing scope completeness and reconciling reported progress against programme baselines and forecasts.
  • Identifying missing, inconsistent or poor-quality information and working with project teams and suppliers to resolve issues.
  • Monitoring the timeliness and completeness of quality records ahead of valuations and handover.
  • Coordinating weekly supplier data returns, including reports, schedules and material-tracking information.
  • Supporting suppliers and delivery teams with reporting processes, systems and data requirements.
  • Contributing to improvements in data collection, reporting workflows and operational visibility.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
