Our client is looking for motivated and technically driven Data Engineering Interns to join their remote team in the United Kingdom. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in building data pipelines, managing large datasets, and working with modern data engineering technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines.
- Collect, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Support the development of ETL/ELT workflows for efficient data processing.
- Work with SQL databases and data warehouses to manage large datasets.
- Monitor data quality, integrity, and performance across data systems.
- Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to deliver reliable datasets.
- Optimize database queries and improve data processing efficiency.
- Document data engineering processes and technical workflows.
- Learn and implement cloud-based data engineering solutions.
- Stay updated with emerging data engineering tools and best practices.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Python or Java programming.
- Understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with database concepts and data modeling.
- Basic knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Eagerness to learn modern data engineering technologies.
