Data Enrichment Manager: Hybrid (multiple offices around the UK)

GBP80:GBP90k + Bonus and wider benefits

We're recruiting for a Data Enrichment Manager to join a growing analytics function, leading a team focused on extracting greater value from data and helping drive commercial decision-making.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong analytical background and leadership experience who enjoys identifying new data opportunities, influencing business strategy, and turning complex datasets into business insights. You'll play a key role in shaping the organisation's data enrichment strategy while working closely with teams across analytics, technology, operations, and commercial functions.

Duties of the Data Enrichment Manager

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing data team.
  • Identifying and evaluating new internal and external data sources to drive business value.
  • Delivering data-driven recommendations to improve commercial performance and customer outcomes.
  • Working closely with technology and data engineering teams to ensure robust and scalable data solutions.
  • Analysing large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to support strategic objectives.
  • Promoting best practice around data governance, quality, and security.
  • Driving innovation through the use of advanced analytics, data science, and emerging technologies.

Skills of the Data Enrichment Manager

  • Previous experience leading or mentoring analytical, pricing, or data-focused teams.
  • Experience in the Insurance industry, ideally Motor insurance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets.
  • Advanced skills in tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to turn data insight into business outcomes.

Nice To Have

  • Knowledge of predictive modelling, pricing, enrichment, or customer analytics.
  • Exposure to machine learning and advanced statistical techniques.
