We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Administrative Assistant to join a growing business based in Sloane Square.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain office experience and develop their administrative skills. Full training will be provided, and previous accounting experience is not required.
The role will include:
- Entering invoices and financial documents
- Maintaining receipts and supporting records
- Matching receipts to credit card statements
- Following up outstanding invoices
- Updating spreadsheets and internal systems
- General administrative support
- Supporting purchasing and sales administration as the role develops

We’re looking for someone who is:
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Excel
- Reliable and able to work independently
- A clear and confident communicator
- Keen to learn and develop
