Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently publish new bond terms, conditions, and other public debt capital markets announcements in the designated format.
• Validate, source, and circulate detailed information on new bond issuances, including pricing, demand, and distribution specifics.
• Record deal terms obtained from source documents and contacts into the company’s database, ensuring data integrity.
• Assist in the production of IGM’s credit reports and support other credit-related initiatives during the European operational hours.
• Source and share relevant information and content across various desks within the credit team to facilitate comprehensive market analysis.
• Develop and maintain a regional contact network to enhance data accuracy and market insights.
• Perform routine and ad-hoc database maintenance tasks, including backfilling and data validation projects.
• Collaborate with team members to improve data processes and contribute to continuous operational enhancements.

Qualifications

• Some prior experience in data entry or related administrative roles (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to manipulate data and generate reports efficiently.
• Adaptability and flexibility to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills, capable of cultivating internal and external contacts.
• Effective time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
• A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
