Role Description

The Data Entry Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The person in this role will input, update, and maintain property and client information in internal databases and office systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date. Daily tasks include:

The role also involves checking data for errors, correcting inconsistencies, and following established procedures to maintain data integrity. The Data Entry Assistant may support basic administrative tasks such as:

  • Preparing documents
  • Responding to simple client inquiries
  • Coordinating with colleagues to ensure information is captured and shared promptly

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including organizing files, managing records, and supporting routine office tasks.
  • Solid Computer Literacy, with the ability to use spreadsheets, databases, and common office software to enter and manage data efficiently.
  • Clear Communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with team members and handle straightforward client interactions.
  • Accurate and efficient Typing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to follow data entry guidelines and formats.
  • Customer Service skills to provide courteous, professional support when interacting with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
  • High level of attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
  • Ability to work on-site in the London Area, manage part-time hours effectively, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Previous experience in data entry, office administration, or a property-related environment is beneficial but not required.
