About the Role
KMK are delighted to be working with a city-based Global Insurance Firm who are seeking a Temp Data Entry Administrator to join their social team.
Working full-time in the office, this is an initial 3-month temp booking which will start from 2 November 2026 to 29 January 2027, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Responsibilities
The role will involve:
- Supporting the team with the pipeline, including data entry and updating records
- Using SharePoint to create folders and manage documents
- Filing and organising documentation
- Working through a backlog and historical closures
- Sending emails and following up where required
- Updating reports
- Assisting the Admin team with general day-to-day duties

Requirements
They are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, good communication and IT skills who has a friendly and personable manner!
NB. MUST be able to commit to the whole length of booking!
