About The Role
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our client's busy Processing Team within the charity sector. This temporary ongoing position from October to December offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to contribute to meaningful work supporting charitable causes. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating supporter information, ensuring the integrity of data within bespoke databases. The role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Proficiency in using computers and various data management systems
- Methodical and organized approach to work
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Reliability, strong work ethic, and flexibility
- Good numerical and written accuracy skills
Responsibilities
- Accurately entering supporter and response information into bespoke databases to ensure data integrity.
- Reviewing data entries carefully to identify and correct errors or discrepancies promptly.
- Resolving data discrepancies by investigating and escalating issues when necessary.
- Updating and maintaining supporter records to reflect the most current information.
- Processing supporter requests in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Scanning physical records and accurately inputting information into digital systems.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to GDPR, data protection, and company policies when handling supporter information.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily processing targets and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintaining a consistent level of productivity and accuracy throughout each shift.
- Supporting the team in achieving overall data management and processing objectives.

Benefits
- Competitive pay rates between £13.00 and £13.50 per hour
- Working hours from Monday to Friday, either 8:00am–4:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm
