About The Role
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our client’s team on an initial three-month contract based in Holmewood. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are highly organized, meticulous, and enjoy working in a fast-paced professional environment. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining company data, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring that all records are current and precise. The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the operational efficiency of the organization by managing data integrity and assisting with general administrative duties.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A professional and positive attitude towards work.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Accurately entering and updating data across various company systems and databases.
- Maintaining and organising records, documents, and spreadsheets to ensure easy retrieval and accuracy.
- Reviewing information for discrepancies and resolving any inconsistencies promptly.
- Processing and organising paperwork and electronic records efficiently.
- Supporting office staff with general administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations.
- Ensuring all records are kept up-to-date and well-organised to support business activities.
