About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team. Qualifications
- Proven experience in data entry, database management, or related fields.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Computer literacy, including familiarity with various databases and CRM systems.
- Experience in reviewing reports and data sheets for accuracy and completeness.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Review reports and data sheets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Verify, correct, or delete unnecessary data, and consolidate information from multiple sources.
- Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct online searches to gather relevant information as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of tasks, progress, and completed work for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Request additional information or clarification for documents that are incomplete or ambiguous.
- Analyze completed data entries for duplication, inconsistencies, or errors before submission.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data management processes and improve accuracy.
- Assist in generating reports and summaries to support various departmental needs.
- Adhere to data security and confidentiality protocols at all times.
