About The Role
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Clerk to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our digital databases. Your primary focus will be to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility of information, supporting the overall efficiency of our business processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in data management or office administration are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to read, write, and speak correctly, with proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Authorized to work legally in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Gathering and sorting information based on priority for computer input.
- Ensuring data validation by checking for errors and correcting discrepancies.
- Entering data quickly and accurately into digital systems.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Acting with integrity and professionalism at all times.
- Verifying data accuracy, correcting incompatibilities, and updating records as necessary.
- Assisting with organizing data files, maintaining data integrity, and supporting other administrative tasks as required.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency and support the company's data management objectives.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
