ACP WORLDWIDE LTD are currently looking to recruit Data entry Clerk within our Express Operations Department, based at HEATHROW AIRPORT.
Hours: Mon – Fri 10:00 – 18:30
Salary: £26000.00 PA
Location: ACP office areas at Courier Facilities Ltd, Building 580/1, Sandringham Road
Job brief
We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to capture information into various Airline systems from paper documents. The ideal candidate will be computer literate with a keen eye for detail. You will report to a shift manager or another senior team member.
A flexible approach is essential, as the role will include providing additional support and cover during periods of annual leave.

Responsibilities
- Transfer data from paper formats into airline systems.
- Alerting the Airlines of final load information.
- Liaising with both Customers and Airlines.
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
- Update existing data.
- Sort, Scanning and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is no items are missing.
- Assisting within our operations (Not Manual Handling).
Requirements
- Knowledge of the Airline Cargo industry not essential.
- Experience as data entry clerk within the airline industry (preferred but not essential).
- Good knowledge of (MS Office Word, Excel etc.).
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware.
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills.
- Great attention to detail.
- Good telephone manner.
- Ability to communicate with others.
