About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role is required. Candidates should have a solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), business process modeling, and requirements gathering techniques. Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Analyst at AFG Inc, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Gathering and documenting detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, and observation.
- Collaborating with technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Facilitating communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assisting in the design of solutions, participating in testing and validation activities, and supporting change management initiatives.
- Monitoring project progress, providing regular updates, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
