About The Role

The Junior Data Entry Clerk position is an entry-level remote role designed for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to develop their skills in data management. Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Previous experience in data entry or related roles is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of data into our database systems, ensuring data integrity.
  • Verify and cross-reference data entries to confirm accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather and clarify data requirements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data security protocols.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to optimize data entry workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and summaries as needed for internal use or client deliverables.
