About The Role

Our client is currently seeking a diligent and organized Data Entry Clerk for an initial three-month contract position based in Holmewood. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of company data, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and accuracy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Good organizational and time-management skills are essential to handle multiple tasks efficiently. While previous data entry or administrative experience is desirable, it is not mandatory, as training will be provided. A professional attitude, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to meet deadlines are key attributes for success in this role. Candidates should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and proactive approach to their responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and update data across various company systems and databases to ensure information remains current and reliable.
  • Maintain and organize records, documents, and spreadsheets to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
  • Review data entries for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly to uphold data integrity.
  • Process and organize paperwork, electronic records, and other administrative documents efficiently.
  • Support office staff with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and correspondence.
  • Ensure all records are kept up-to-date and organized, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects or tasks as required by the management team.
