About the Role

Jobstoday World is hiring a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to support daily administrative and data management operations.

This role is ideal for candidates who are accurate, reliable, and comfortable working with digital systems, documents, and large amounts of information.

Your Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems.
  • Review information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Organize and manage digital records and documents.
  • Verify data and identify missing or incorrect information.
  • Support administrative and reporting activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of business and customer information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth data operations.

Your Profile

  • Previous experience in data entry, administration, or office support is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good typing and computer skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and professional attitude.
  • Right to work in the United Kingdom.
