Responsibilities
- Enter and update job, company, and operational information
- Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Identify duplicate, outdated, or incorrectly formatted data
- Perform routine data validation and quality checks
- Organise digital records according to established procedures
- Report recurring data issues to operations and technical teams
- Handle user and company information with care and confidentiality
- Meet agreed accuracy and productivity standards

Qualification
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing, spelling, and data-entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with spreadsheets and common productivity tools
- Ability to follow documented processes and work independently
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Authorised to work in the United Kingdom

- Previous data entry, administrative, research, or operations experience
