Role Description
The Data Entry Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some flexibility to work from home. In this position, the specialist will accurately input, update, and maintain contact data within internal systems, ensuring consistency and high data quality standards. Daily tasks include verifying information, checking for duplicates or errors, organizing records, and supporting data enrichment activities for outbound teams. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to clarify data requirements, responding to simple data-related queries, and following established processes and security protocols. The Data Entry Specialist will contribute to keeping databases current and reliable, supporting Orbis’ real-time verification and enrichment services.

- Strong Typing skills and solid Computer Literacy to work efficiently with spreadsheets, databases, and cloud-based tools.
- Clear Communication skills to interact with team members, follow instructions, and report inconsistencies or data issues.
- Customer Service and Administrative Assistance skills to handle internal requests, support day-to-day operations, and manage basic documentation.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills to maintain clean, reliable data sets.
- Experience in data entry, operations, or a similar administrative role is beneficial, as is familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team within a hybrid work environment, managing time and priorities effectively.
