About The Role

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of relevant experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity
- Experience with data entry software and content management systems (CMS) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Inputting text and numerical data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, and Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Reviewing source documents such as invoices and forms for accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly
- Organizing, updating, and securely backing up digital files to ensure data integrity and accessibility
- Generating reports and summaries from data systems to support business decision-making
- Performing related clerical tasks, including scanning documents, filing paperwork, and maintaining organized records
- Collaborating with team members to ensure data consistency and address any data-related issues
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times
