About the Role
As a Data Operations Executive, you will play a key role in coordinating, governing, and optimizing data activities across the business. Working closely with business and technical teams, you will ensure data-related requests are delivered with quality, compliance, and efficiency while supporting strategic data initiatives that enable business growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee operational data requests, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance are met
- Act as central point of contact for data-related topics across business and technical teams
- Ensure alignment with data protection regulations and internal governance processes
- Identify and resolve data quality and process issues, including root cause analysis
- Drive continuous improvement of data processes and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability
- Support and enable strategic initiatives such as Data Strategy and Data Activation activities
- Conduct impact assessments for changes in data processes or requirements
- Monitor data operations and proactively mitigate risks related to quality, compliance, or delivery

Requirements
- Strong understanding of data processes, governance, and data protection requirements
- Experience in coordinating data-related workflows and operational requests
- Ability to perform root cause and impact analysis on data quality and process issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex, cross-functional environments
- Understanding of data infrastructure and data flow concepts (no deep DBA expertise required)
- Ability to identify process improvements and drive implementation of new approaches
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies
