TCU Data Functional Analyst (Teamcenter Reporting)
Remote | Occasional UK Travel
We're looking for a TCU Data Functional Analyst with strong experience delivering reporting solutions within Teamcenter, Enovia, TCRA, or similar PLM environments. Joining a well-established PLM Product Team, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, data specialists, and vendor partners to design and deliver high-impact reports and dashboards that drive engineering and product lifecycle decision-making.
What You'll Be Doing
- Gather and translate business reporting requirements into practical solutions.
- Create wireframes and reporting designs to validate stakeholder needs.
- Identify, analyse and transform data from PLM and connected systems.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Teamcenter Reporting, TCRA, and associated reporting tools.
- Ensure data accuracy through testing, validation and quality controls.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and enhance reporting capabilities across the PLM landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Siemens representatives to resolve technical challenges and optimise reporting performance.

What You'll Bring
- 3+ years' experience in PLM, data analytics, reporting, or systems administration.
- Strong SQL and relational database skills.
- Experience translating complex business requirements into meaningful reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of data modelling, data governance, and master data management.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Confident working remotely within agile, collaborative teams.

Desirable Experience
- Teamcenter Reporting & Analytics (TCRA)
- Native Teamcenter reporting development
- Product structures, BOMs, engineering change management, and configuration management
- PLM integrations with ERP, MES, and enterprise systems
- Teamcenter or Enovia administration and support
