Permanent, Full-time

Hybrid - based from either our London or Bristol office, with office attendance typically required once a week and occasional travel between locations depending on business needs.

The Role

Bupa Dental Care is strengthening how it manages, defines and trusts its data. As a Data Governance Analyst, you'll use BI and analytical techniques to support data governance across the business, measuring and reporting on data quality, maintaining consistent data definitions, and providing the insights needed to support effective decision-making. Working closely with data owners, data stewards and technical teams, you'll help turn governance policies into practical, measurable day-to-day processes across our data warehouse platform.

What will I be doing?

Governance Reporting & Insight

  • Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reporting that provide visibility of data quality, governance metrics, and progress against key actions.
  • Translate governance policies, standards, and KPIs into meaningful metrics and insights.
  • Prepare analysis and reporting for governance forums, steering groups, and audits, presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Data Quality Analysis

  • Monitor and analyse data quality, identifying issues relating to accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Design and maintain data quality controls, reporting on risks and exceptions.
  • Investigate root causes of data quality issues and work with stakeholders to support resolution and continuous improvement.

Data Definitions & Metadata

  • Maintain data definitions, business glossaries, and metadata to promote consistent use of data across the business.
  • Collaborate with data owners and stewards to resolve conflicting definitions and improve data understanding.
  • Support data catalogue, lineage, and critical data element activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
