We're working with a leading PE backed residential real estate services group operating across multiple well known business units, following a period of rapid acquisition and growth.

The business is in a high growth phase and is actively investing in modernising its data and reporting capability, backed by a newly appointed Head of Data driving this transformation. This is a great time to join and take ownership of how the organisation governs, understands and engages with its data.

The Role

We're hiring a Data Governance and Engagement Lead to define and embed the UK data governance framework, and to build strong, sustainable engagement with data across the business.

This is an experienced individual contributor role with broad organisational influence, adapting and extending an existing Group governance framework for the UK business while establishing effective data ownership, stewardship and literacy at every level.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
