Data Governance Manager

Location: Hybrid, Manchester or Corby

Contract Type: 12 Month FTC

The Opportunity

The Data Governance Manager is responsible for leading and maintaining data quality, integrity, and consistency across product specifications and associated data models. The role ensures that data is structured, governed, and aligned with business standards and compliance requirements, with a secondary focus on supporting ERP master data management. This position serves as a critical bridge between Product Management, CX, Category Management, Markets and IT to ensure data is both accurate and usable across systems.

What You Will Be Doing

You'll be managing a team of 9 Data Governance & System Executives and Product Information Coordinators based across our UK and Latvian offices, in order to:

  • Enhance product range and customer satisfaction through accurate and consistent product data.
  • Reduce operational inefficiencies and errors stemming from poor data quality.
  • Ensure compliance with internal data standards and external regulations.
  • Provide clean, reliable data to support analytics, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
  • Support ERP systems integrity through consistent and well-maintained master data.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
